Claims Handler required for well-established company
Permanent opportunity, role offers annual bonus, excellent benefits, and training support.

Salary: £20500 per annum
Hours: Full time office hours Mon-Friday
Skills & experience:
Recent office based customer services essential,
Experience of working to strict deadline and targets essential,
Ability to remain calm and composed and empathetic.
Accuracy and attention to detail
Financial Services or Insurance experience desirable
Minimum 5 GCSEs at grade B or above or equivalent including Maths and English
The Claims Handler will work as part of a busy team, and will handle a caseload of claims and enquiries in a sensitive, confidential and professional manner.
To be successful in the role the Claims Handler will have the ability to remain calm and composed when communicating, will be comfortable managing a caseload and will be proficient in MS Office specifically Word, Excel and Outlook.
