The Role:

As part of your role, you will oversee the performance of Panel Firms, ATE Solicitor Network, and other outsourced claims service providers.

You'll engage in regular onsite visits to these companies, conducting thorough audits to pinpoint any potential shortcomings in service delivery.

Your assessments will enable our client to proactively identify areas for improvement, safeguarding our ability to uphold our high standards of cost-effective customer service.

Requirements:

• Passionate about precision, a thorough individual with a keen eye for detail
• Auditing experience is preferable but not essential
• Ability to work on your own and as part of a team
• Full clean driving license
• Past experience within Legal Expenses or Claims
