Claims Advisor- Motor Insurance

This role will see you:

  • Supporting customers through the claims process by providing first class customer service
  • Dealing with customer enquires by both email & telephone
  • Processing claims, analysing current insurance policy & validation of claims
  • Working to service level agreements

We are looking for candidates with:

  • A minimum of 12 months customer services experience or sales experience
  • A positive attitude
  • A customer centric approach

To be considered for this position you must be able to pass a credit, criminal records & employment reference check.

Hours of work are 35 hours between 8-8 Monday - Friday & 1 Saturday in four between 9-5.
