HFG are currently recruiting for a leading Lloyd's Insurer who are seeking a Claims Adjuster to join their Financial Lines team.
My client is looking for 1/2+ years within a Financial Lines Claims position and this role will cover all aspects of Financial Lines such as PI, FI, D&O, Cyber & more so perfect for a junior in the market looking to expand their knowledge.
Key Responsibilities
- 1/2+ years experience handling Financial Lines claims.
- Resolve claims through negotiations with various parties involved, such as policy holders, insurers and solicitors.
- Manage caseload efficiently to ensure prompt and accurate settlements while controlling expenses.
- Adhere to the CODE framework and Claims Proposition, focusing on service delivery to all client groups and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with team members and third-party providers to meet goals and maintain claims service standards.
- Represent insurer at meetings with brokers, clients, and market representatives.
- Cultivate client relationships by providing timely and clear communication.
- Support senior team members and assist with various tasks and projects.
- Assist in organizing marketing events to promote the Financial Lines team and claims services.
