Civil Litigation Solicitor/Chartered Legal Executive

An opportunity beckons for an accomplished Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive to become an integral part of my client's esteemed Civil Litigation team, stationed at their Chester office. With a requisite 3 years of post-qualification experience, the chosen candidate will navigate through a rich tapestry of cases, spanning landlord and tenant disputes, debt recovery, and contractual wrangles.

Your responsibilities will encompass a broad spectrum of Civil Litigation matters, including landlord and tenant, debt recovery, contract disputes etc. Handling complex cases with minimal supervision, you will actively contribute to the success of the  firm.

The ideal candidate will be endowed with stellar communication skills and an unwavering commitment to delivering top-notch client service. Moreover, they must exhibit a penchant for grappling with intricate cases independently while actively bolstering the firm's success trajectory. A forward-thinking outlook, coupled with a fervent zeal for business development, will be paramount.
