Civil Litigation Fee Earner

Are you a Chartered Legal Executive or experienced Fee Earning Paralegal looking for a new position in Chesterfield? Do you have experienced working within Civil Litigation? Joining the Dispute Resolution team, you'd be running your own caseload of civil litigation files and supporting the Partners with more complex cases. This includes managing and representing clients in commercial and civil disputes, ensuring the best possible outcome. Other day to day duties include liaising with clients, issuing course proceedings, attending court hearings, and enforcing court judgements.

Applications from Chartered Legal Executives with experience in Civil Litigation are desired, though those who aren't qualified but have up to 5 years' hands on fee earning experience managing their own Civil Litigation cases are still encouraged to apply.
