Role Overview:

Due to internal growth, we are seeking a talented individual to join the experienced team as a Civil and Commercial Litigation Lawyer. This role presents an exciting opportunity to work closely with one of our senior lawyers, an expert in this field, and make significant contributions to the success of our firm.

Responsibilities:

• Managing a diverse caseload of Civil and Commercial Litigation matters, including but not limited to contractual disputes, property disputes, and professional negligence claims.
• Collaborating with senior lawyers to develop legal strategies and provide expert advice.
• Conducting legal research, preparing legal documents, and representing clients in negotiations and court proceedings.
• Maintaining excellent client care standards, consistently exceeding clients' expectations.
• Contributing to the continued success and growth of the Civil and Commercial Litigation department.

Requirements:

Up to three years qualified Solicitor/Legal Executive or experienced paralegal.

Experience and/or a strong interest in Civil and Commercial Litigation work.

Excellent client care skills and a commitment to delivering high-quality legal services.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Effective communication and negotiation skills.
