The requirements for this role you will need to have the ability to work on your own initiative and part of a team, with this being a start up facility all ideas are welcomed to develop the facility and that of the children's well-being and growth, 

To qualify for this role you must have the following skill-sets to move forward with the application.


> level 3 qualification in children and young people working towards your level 5.

> You must have had experience working in a child care environment.

> Full UK driving licence.

> DBS child and adult

>You must have experience in working within the guidelines of the CQC reguarding policies and procedures.

What is paramount to this role is being able to connect with young people in an enviroment that is out of their comfort zone, gaining a relationship, built on trust and support. This will also require you to build the same rapore with the family members and external companies to give the best quality of care and best practice at the fore front of your mind.
