Client Description

Fast growing luxury Marketing and technology group, with an acquisition business model. Current network of 13 specialist agencies. Operating internationally across the US, EMEA and APAC, with Multiple agency entities

As they scale they need a highly execution focused, hands on Chief Financial Officer.

Role Description

The Chief Financial Officer will be the operational backbone of the business, working closely with the CEO and leadership team to ensure financial control, efficiency, discipline and thorough, accurate reporting as well as a drive for performance at every level.

Managing a Central team of 12, with a dotted line into the Finance business partners in the agencies, able to navigate complexity across international markets, drive M&A integrations, adopt and implement cutting-edge technology and optimise cash flow with precision.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years in a senior Finance leadership role
  • Ideally experienced in marketing service or similar.
  • Proven track record in M&A execution, acquisition integrating, and financial operations.
  • Prior experience in a listed, PE backed or high growth business.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
