A Chef de Partie role is available at a property in the Kirkby Stephen region of Cumbria

Role:

Set in a village location close to Kirkby Stephen a high quality country inn is seeking a Chef de Partie to join the team of chefs working at the property creating award winning dining for the restaurant. The menus feature fresh, seasonal produce with a very strong Cumbrian influence using as many local suppliers as possible. The Head Chef is always pushing the standards forward in order to gain further awards and accolades, as a result this Chef de Partie position will offer plenty of training as well as opportunities to take place in competitions in order to advance your own career. The role is flexible depending on a candidates experience so a Commis Chef or Junior Sous Chef will also be considered if they are the right person to join the small team.

Requirements:

A chef with good fresh food experience who ideally already has some AA Rosette experience is required to take on this position. CVs will be considered from experienced chefs who are at least strong Commis Chefs but ideally a Chef de Partie with experience of running their own section.
