A leisure focused resort hotel situated in Hampshire is recruiting for a Chef de Partie role
A health focused leisure resort is seeking a Chef de Partie to join the team of ten chefs working in the kitchen preparing balanced, fresh, flavoursome dishes. Preparing dishes from scratch this role of Chef de Partie will require you to run your section in the kitchen creating dishes for the 100 cover restaurant and for the banqueting facilities at the hotel. All chefs applying to this role should be experience Chef de Parties who are used to cooking with fresh, seasonal ingredients for large numbers. Previous experience working in hotel kitchens where you were catering for a variety of different dining options is essential.
