Our client is a stunning 5 star hotel in Berkshire, known globally as one of the finest luxury hotel brands. The property features a Michelin star restaurant, brasserie restaurant, lounge offering afternoon tea, bars, equestrian centre, polo fields, a luxury spa and more.
We are recruiting on their behalf for a Chef de Partie to join the already established team in the Brasserie restaurant brigade, working with 100% fresh, seasonal ingredients. The succesfull applicant will assist the Chefs in the running of the kitchen across a variety of sections.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience as a Chef in either a 4 or 5* hotel, or equivalent level
- Able to run your own section as a CDP
- Excellent communication
- Good personal presentation (open kitchen)
- Happy cooking fresh, brasserie style food
- Have own transport if not living in.
Please note; this is a 2-stage interview which will involve a face-to-face interview followed by a 4 hour trial shift. Accommodation on-site is available at cost for those willing to relocate.
