CHEF DE PARTIE - £23,000 - award winning cuisine -
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a first class, professional kitchen preparing award winning cuisine. With a new Head Chef they have ambitious plans for the future and are currently looking for a creative Chef de Partie to join the team.
There is a brigade of 10 chefs preparing modern British cuisine and everything is made in house using fresh, locally sourced produce. The hotel caters for the a la carte restaurant, a brasserie style restaurant, afternoon teas and extensive conference and banqueting.
As Chef de Partie you will work closely with the very talented Head and Senior Sous Chef to prepare and develop contemporary and innovative menus. Other duties will include stock control, ordering, training the junior members of the team and managing your section.
The ideal candidate will have had previous experience working with fresh, seasonal produce within a busy hotel kitchen and feel passionately about their role as a chef.
