A highly-regarded multi-disciplinary construction consultancy is on the lookout for a personable Chartered Building Surveyor to join their expanding team based in Manchester.

The Chartered Building Surveyors' role

The Chartered Building Surveyor will become part of a diverse and stimulating environment, engaging with projects spanning various sectors such as social housing, office spaces, retail, industrial sectors, private healthcare, and student accommodations.

The successful Chartered Building Surveyor will play a pivotal role in fostering relationships with prestigious blue-chip clients and delivering top-quality professional services. These services include building surveys, defect analysis, dilapidations, and schedule of condition surveys.

The Chartered Building Surveyor

  • A BSc or MSc in Building Surveying
  • Chartered with MRICS
  • Experience within a similar consultancy environment
  • Ambitious to work towards a Senior position
