Konker is currently recruiting for a Chartered Building Surveyor to join a multi-disciplinary practice in their central  Manchester office. 
 
The role is for a fast-growing consultancy that currently has 7 offices across England They recently opened the Manchester office, sitting at 8 employees and the plan is to be at 12 staff in the next 6 months, followed by 30 staff after four years.  
 
Having worked with a range of clients across the UK and Europe, the company was named a Building Top 150 consultancy and credits this to its worker's ambitious and efficient approach to work. 
 
With a focus not just on company growth, they also pride themselves on the training and development of their workers, conducting various accredited training schemes such as RIBA, RICS, and CIOB just to name a few. 
 
The position as a Chartered Building Surveyor will see you run and manage your own team alongside your own projects too. It’s a very exciting opportunity for the right person to join the office and play a vital role in its growth.
 
Specialising in Building Surveying, the company covers three main areas of surveying. Construction and Building Project Consultancy, Building Pathology, and Professional and Legal Consultancy.
 
The Building Surveying discipline has completed projects in many sectors, including MOJ, Government, Education, Healthcare, and fire safety.
 
The Position: Chartered Building Surveyor
