Meraki Talent’s highly regarded Investment Consultancy client is actively looking for several talented Consultant and Senior consultants to join their expanding operations in Scotland. Due to the current nature of the investment / asset management domain our client currently sees it as an opportunity to strengthen their foothold in Scotland within the investments space. With an array of blue-chip clients and a commitment to expansion they are actively looking to hire an array of Change and Transformation consultants to aid in the delivery of some large Transformation programmes of work.

They are looking for candidates that have come from all aspects of an Investment/Wealth Management house, across the Front, Middle and Back Office and to people who come from an investment ops background in custody, Transfer agency or similar. They have an array of positions available at different levels and are open to individuals who have experience across PMO, Change and Project Management backgrounds.

Responsibilities of the Change & Transformation Consultant (Investments)
  • Client Delivery - drive client change projects delivering on project objectives
  • Lead project initiatives, guiding and mentoring junior team members in the delivery process
  • Engage in the growth of Investment Management practice, shaping asset servicing strategies and thought leadership.
  • Cultivate strong client relationships based on communication, trust and exceeded expectations.

Background of the Change & Transformation Consultant (Investments)
  • Extensive experience working within the investment industry
  • Extensive experience working within a Change, Transformation, Programme, Project, PMO or similar capacity essential
  • Strong stakeholder management skills are crucial for this role, with strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to meet with clients face to face
  • A knowledge of investment operations, asset servicing, custody, transfer agency etc very helpful
