Role & Responsibility


Through your previous experience as a Change Manager, you will demonstrate your ability to engage with stakeholders from across different areas of the business. You will enable the business outcomes of a key projects of work through the development and delivery of a change strategy

Profile

You will have the following:

  • 5 + years experience managing the end to end change journey on large projects

  • Experience in designing and developing change strategies at a project level

  • Excellent stakeholder management and engagement skills

  • Be passionate about developing a sustainable change management environment

  • The ability to influence others and move towards a common goal

  • Strong communication skills, both oral and written

A key element of your role will be engaging with and influencing stakeholders, you will be a driven and passionate Change Manager who is able to work with the business to realise the benefits of the projects.
