Change Readiness Analyst - Mortgages
Permanent - £45-50k/Annum
Hybrid working model (2-3 days/week on site - Bath)
This position will pay a critical part in driving mortgage change initiatives across the organisation. You will be responsible for the business readiness for this change, developing and implementing change management plans. This will be to ensure a smooth transition into the new ways of working. You will become a key member of their mortgage space, becoming an SME in mortgages and supporting delivery of mortgage targets.
Responsibilities:
- Thorough risk assessments and identifying opportunities for upcoming changes
- Ensure engagement from stakeholders, keeping them informed and engaged
- Design and deliver training programmes to get employees ready for change
- Manage change resistance
- Develop and track key metrics, measuring effectiveness of change management and identify areas for improvement
- Ensure appropriate risk management plans are in place
- Ensure new business processes are embedded to become BAU
- Support the Mortgage Department in BAU activities
Candidates will need the following experience to be considered for the role:
- Proven track record of successfully implementing change initiatives
- Experience in Financial Services
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Self-motivated, conscientious and results focused.
- Good self-management, organisation, and planning skills.
- Proactive and tenacious, always seeking improvement and opportunities to learn.
- A 'can do', business enabling approach.
- Experience of working with Mortgage Origination Platforms and Sopra Banking Software would be desirable
