Foresight Associates are pleased to be working with a leading multi-service provider who are looking for a CCTV Engineer to join their growing remote team, covering the North of England.

Role Description

The CCTV Engineer will be responsible for designing, installing, maintaining, and repairing CCTV systems and equipment. The Engineer will also perform site surveys and provide technical support to customers for all aspects of the CCTV system. Additionally, the Engineer will conduct product training and be responsible for quality control, ensuring that all work is carried out to company standards and meet health and safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Experience in designing CCTV systems and equipment, and familiarity with different types of CCTV systems such as IP, Analog, and PTZ cameras
• Experience in installing, maintaining, and repairing CCTV systems and equipment
• Proficiency in software used in CCTV systems
• Understanding of networking and IT protocols such as TCP/IP, DHCP, and DNS
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills
• Analytical abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet targets and project deadlines
• Professional certification in CCTV installation and maintenance will be an added advantage but not essential
• Full driving licence is essential
