Role Overview
Join this esteemed Casualty team as a Catastrophic Injury Associate. In this role, you'll be integral to every phase of claims handling, from investigations to assessments, spanning Multi-Track cases. You'll assist on a diverse portfolio including motor, Employers' Liability (EL), Public Liability (PL), and indemnity cases. Expect a dynamic environment where no two days are the same, and your expertise will be put to the test in courtroom settings across the UK.
Candidate Profile
The firm are seeking an experienced lawyer ready to take on the challenge of large loss cases. You should be adept at hitting the ground running, with a self-sufficient approach to handling high-value files. Whether you've honed your skills in defendant litigation or have transferable expertise from a Claimant environment. You thrive in fast-paced environments, relish complex legal challenges, and are committed to delivering exceptional service to clients.
