Guidant Global are currently expanding our growing team of talented case handlers and are looking for diligent individuals that are confident with technology. You will be managing diverse customer cases, utilising telephone, email, and written communication.

Embracing flexible working, these roles have options for Manchester based office, hybrid or fully remote working.

Here is what you can expect from the role of a Case Handler:

  • Reviewing claims; this involves collating and researching new and existing evidence. The case load is not high volume therefore quality and attention to detail is important.
  • You will be the point of contact for the claimant and will be supporting the process via telephone, email or in writing in a friendly and supportive manner.
  • Checking, analysing, and preparing the evidence before passing the case on to the decision team.
  • Resolving or escalating queries from claimants
  • Achieving your performance goals and supporting achieving team and company service level agreements (SLAs) and Key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • You will receive 4 weeks of excellent training from our team to ensure you are set up for success!

We would love to hear from you if you have:

  • Excellent communication skills; written and verbal.
  • The ability to problem solve.
  • Self-motivation & a positive attitude.
  • Great attention to detail.
  • People skills: able to show empathy and work well with others.
  • Good IT skills (Microsoft packages, email, internet).
  • Any previous claim or case handling experience, this is desirable but not essential.
