We are looking for an experienced Case Handler to join our team.

The role will entail running your own caseload of both Freehold and Leasehold property files whilst also heading up a team of 3 including a Property Paralegal and Property Assistant.

This role is office based Monday - Friday with parking on site.

Responsibilities include:

Managing and coordinating the legal aspects of buying or selling a property.

Handling transactions from start to finish,

Preparing and reviewing legal documents

Communicating with clients and stakeholders

Ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Personal Requirements

The successful candidate will be able to work independently and have excellent organisation and communication skills. They must be pro-active and willing to think of potential solutions before asking. They must have ability to work both on their own and in a team and handle a fast-paced high pressure environment. Most importantly, we expect all of our staff to provide the highest level of customer service to be given to our clients and referrers.
