Are you a Care Support Worker/Healthcare Assistant?

Are you patient and passionate about helping others?

Do you have experience of providing personal care and physical support for complex needs?

The Role

The work will be community based and you will be required to visit the service user in their home to provide 1:1 personal care, support and assistance in the community as required.

The objective is to keep the service user safe at all times as well as using your expertise and skill to maintain and enhance their quality of life. The service user has complex needs and will require support from a Carer/ Personal Assistant/Support Worker with a solid background in care.

Essential Skills

• Proven experience as a Care Support Worker/Healthcare Assistant
• Confident in wheelchair operation/support
• Good written and spoken English
• Must be willing to travel

Desirable Skills
Mandatory Training
• NVQ Level 2 or equivalent
