Working as a Newcross carer means you'll be working to improve and support the quality of life and well-being of individuals you encounter. This could involve a range of tasks such as assisting with washing, dressing, toileting, meal times, accessing the community and other general activities that enable clients to receivean excellent standard of care.

In order to ensure you always have enough work, you should be willing to travel around the local surrounding areas. Due to rural client locations and shift times, public transport is not always readily available, therefore access to your own vehicle is desirable, but not essential.The Benefits

We supply healthcare professionals to local care establishments up to a 30 mile radius of Stevenage so we always recommend you have use of your own vehicle however if you can travel to different locations it isn't mandatory.Person Specification
To be considered for this care assistant vacancy, you'll need to have the right to live and work in the UK, at least 3 months' previous professional care experience in the UK and at least 2 referees, one of whom can comment on your clinical ability.
