Due to an exciting period of growth our friendly Coventry team now have job vacancies in the Rugby area for Care Assistants to join our team. We are looking for professional, dedicated and enthusiastic professionals who can offer commitment to deliver high quality care to our clients.

The Job Role

It is essential that you are dedicated to promoting the well-being and quality of life of each individual you care for. This means recognising the capabilities of each person, championing their needs and seeing them as more than a care plan.

If you have at least 3 months' experience in a similar role as a Healthcare Assistant, and are committed to quality of care, this could be just the job for you.

Due to rural client locations and shift times, public transport is not always readily available, therefore access to your own vehicle is desirable.

Requirements

You will need to have the right to live and work in the UK, at least 3 months' previous paid care experience in the UK and suitable referee contact details to apply for this vacancy. You will also need a valid certificate confirming your participation in a practical moving and handling course, or be willing to book onto a Newcross course.
