We are a leading recruitment firm in the social care and social housing industry.

We are looking for Care Assistants to work for our well-established client within their Residential Homes in the High Wycombe area.

Someone who is willing to support individuals and their families who need help, both emotionally and practically, so they can live a happy, respectful and independent life.

An individual who ensures that highest standard of care is maintained in accordance with the requirement will be a perfect match for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

To fulfil a range of personal care tasks and other care work for our service users with various physical and emotional needs.
To prompt and administer medications in accordance with the individual needs.

To assist and encourage the service users to participate in activities both within the home and outside. Help the service users to achieve their goals which are identified in the care plan.

Should be able to personalise the service as per the needs of the service users. To assist with simple food preparation and serve all meals to the service users.

To maintain accurate records in line with the policies and procedures listed down by the client. Able to work in a team and contribute to the success of the whole team by respecting colleagues. Ensure the safety and security of the service users is maintained at all times. To act in professional manager all the time ensuring positive portrayal of the post-holder.

To undertake all the mandatory training and all other training as required.

Salary and Working hours:

. 7.83 Per Hour Rising to £8.00 After Probation
. 28 days inclusive of all Bank Holidays
