We’re looking for a reliable and caring individual to join our team alongside an established staff member to balance a 4 days on, 4 days off working routine in the Chester area. If you’re looking for a role that provides regular time off while still making a meaningful impact, this could be the perfect fit for you!

? Guaranteed Hours: After a successful probation period, we guarantee 50% of your contracted hours.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Assisting customers with their daily routines to ensure they feel safe and comfortable.
- Providing personal care, including assistance with bathing, dressing, and medication.
- Offering companionship and emotional support – a friendly chat goes a long way.
- Helping with light household tasks such as meal prep and tidying up to make life easier for those in your care.
