My client, a popular volume retailer is looking for an experienced and motivated Car Sales Executive to join their team. Great dealer group, who provides an excellent working environment, career progression, competitive reward package and a good work-life-balance.

Key Responsibilities:

• To sell and promote the sale of all new and used vehicles in line with all aspects of dealership and manufacturer standards
• Confidently build rapport with customers to identify and establish their needs, and proactively promote suitable vehicle features and benefits
• Provide the highest levels of customer service - understanding the importance of repeat business
• To achieve both new and used vehicle sales targets along with secondary accessory and financial services targets

Key Requirements:

• You must have a minimum of 2 years car sales experience, ideally at main dealer level
• You must have a stable career history that can be validated
• Experience working within a defined sales process within a main dealership (desirable)
• A full clean UK driving licence
