The Home Counties & London accountancy practice recruitment division of Butler Rose, specialist accountancy & finance recruiters, are delighted to be offering this exciting, newly created, 180° candidate resourcing consultant opportunity as a direct result of significant business wins.

Role Requirements -

In this role you will be utilising the very latest recruitment technologies such as BroadBean and Linkedin Recruiter to search and select candidates as well as attraction via advertising campaigns using job boards such as reed.co.uk, Total Jobs, Indeed, LinkedIn and our very own Butler Rose website.

Further to the above you will be conducting initial telephone screens of candidates you have engaged with or selected from application sifts and will expertly consult with them regarding specific job opportunities we would like to consider them for or discuss further the application they made to a role we are advertising currently.

Offering a robust and truly consultative service to candidates, you will have identified the specific requirements for their next role, thoroughly qualified their experience and skills in correlation to their CV and agreed the next steps in the recruitment process.

In addition to the above you will reformat candidate CVs, to include any additional information obtained, with Butler Rose branding, regularly update with candidates on job roles and their availability to work, undertake compliance checks and complete any necessary administration.

Person Requirements -

Whilst previous experience in a similar recruitment resourcing role would be ideal it is not essential and applications from individuals with excellent interpersonal skills, strong attention to detail, ability to multi-task and an inquisitive nature would be very welcome!
