A creative, Campaign Analyst is required by a well-recognised organisation based in Central London, where you will be reporting into the CRM Manager. As the Campaign Analyst you will be responsible for supporting customer engagement and retention through the delivery of data driven and targeted customer communications via email, push and in-app.
The Campaign Analyst will be accountable for the deployment of operational and tactical end-to-end email marketing campaigns and mobile campaigns. You will be responsible for the day to day management of a brand and escalate any issues to the CRM Manager, you will be experienced in building targeted campaigns, analysing performance and metrics and providing post campaign analysis to stakeholders and working with the data analysts and external suppliers to define and understand customer segments.
Along with strong email and CRM campaign marketing experience, the Campaign Analyst will also have the following:
- B2C experience
- Experience with systems and platforms (not specific)
- Numerate with the ability to produce reports and derive insights and analysis
- A Creative Flair, coupled with a passion for CRM and a "team player" approach
- A personable approach,, with strong communication and interpersonal skills
PLEASE NOTE: This is not a highly technical CRM/ Campaign Analyst position, that requires extensive experience with Data, coding and Analytics
