Responsible for dealing with calls in respect of booking repairs, maintenance and major works for this prestigious company.
Maint duties will include generating orders - via in house system, prioritise emergency orders, be aware of targets including the live orders, KPI results and total jobs received/completed each day.
This role includes Client liaison to co-ordinate and resolve issues as they arise, ensuring that accurate and detailed job completion information is entered onto the system.
The successful candidate will have fast and accurate data entry, outstanding customer service and excellent communication skills.
Hours of work are Monday to Friday 8.00am to 5.00pm, with an hour lunch break.
