Call Handler!

Are you looking for a new and varied challenge? We are in the process of recruiting a number of Customer Service Advisors to work in a vibrant Call Centre and are looking for adaptable individuals, with excellent communication skills. We currently have a great opportunity for candidates who are seeking a Customer role in Tunbridge Wells.

The role offers an attractive salary of £8.00 per hour is a 3 month temporary contract. 37.5 per week, Monday to Friday between 8am-7:30pm, 1 in 4 Saturdays

Responsibilities:

* Taking inbound calls from customers

* Providing excellent customer service

* Locating policy details

* Sending correspondence out to customers

* Transferring calls.

Key Skills To carry out the roles effectively the successful candidate will be able to demonstrate evidence in the following criteria:

* Disciplined Work Approach

* Attention to Detail

* Communication

* Good PC skills

* Team Work
