Our established client based in Central Cardiff is looking to recruit a phone handler to answer all the over flow customer service enquires within a small very busy call centre and take messages to pass on to the correct department.
The role is until the end of January initially but may extend.
Experience in answering phones, taking correct message information and computer skills.
The hours are 10am - 6pm
Monday to Friday
1 hour for lunch
Excellent office environment with on site cafe and local street parking.
You must be available to come into our offices Monday to register and start work on Tuesday 5.11.19 with no pre booked holidays.
