Quest Employment are recruiting for Call Centre Operatives for an immediate start to join a well established organisation in Wellingborough, Northants.

Pay rate - £7.05-£7.50 per hour

Hours of Work - Monday-Friday 9am-5pm

Working on a temp to perm basis, you will be representing some of the most well-known brands in the UK, talking to their customers and providing a first class service. The busy, vibrant offices have free on-site parking and the staff are committed to continuing to develop a stable and secure based business.

Responsibilities of a Call Centre Operative include:

  • Making outbound calls to Businesses
  • Creating and developing a portfolio of clients
  • Keeping company records up-to-date
  • Working towards and achieving daily and weekly targets
  • To maintain a high standard of quality when communicating with prospective & existing clients

You'll receive up-to-date training and development and our client will nurture your talent to develop your skills and your career. They have a track record of promoting from within, and many of the senior managers started in calling roles, so they understand every level of the team structures.

Ideal Candidates:

  • Well spoken & confident with a professional and measured approach
  • Engaging personality with the ability to build rapport quickly with customers
  • Strong verbal communication skills
  • Able to work to targets / target driven
  • Confidence in speaking to a wide variety of people over the telephone
  • Business-to-business sales experience would be an advantage but isn’t essential as full training will be provided’
