Kinex are going through exciting growth and are recruiting a Branch Manager to join our expanding Sales division in a fantastic city centre location. The role offers development, progression and the chance to earn uncapped commission.

You will be responsible for assisting with the expansion of an already successful Telesales team, overseeing circa 10 Telesales Advisors. We require an outstanding individual who can manage the recruitment of new staff, provide ongoing training & sales coaching, whilst energising the team to achieve high levels of motivation and manage the delivery of sales targets.
Skills and Experience Desired
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate:
- A proven track record in delivering results in a sales environment
- A big personality
- Experience of selling to businesses (B2B)
- Great motivational skills
- Previous sales management experience would be advantageous
- Competitive commission – OTE of £45,000
- No evenings or weekends
