Call Centre Customer Service and Sales - Start ASAP
Snap shot: We are looking for experienced Call Centre Customer and Sales Advisors to join a well established call centre in the Stockport area. These roles involve taking and making calls to existing customers so previous customer services and / or sales experience - either within a Call Centre or a retail environment - is highly desirable.

The role: Taking inbound customer service calls and making out bound calls to the customers of a leading UK mobile phone company, helping them with their queries and up-selling additional products and services. This is a target driven position that requires tenacity, resilience and excellent communication skills
The package: £14,000 - £18,000 depending on experience + £300-£500 per month bonus + Benefits
You: Call Centre experience is not essential for this role. What is essential is that you are a confident and outgoing person with excellent verbal communication skills. Hard working and motivated, you will enjoy working with customers and will be driven to hit target and earn bonuses. Previous success working towards sales targets is highly desirable for this role.
