• £23,837 – £24,960 based on a 40 hour week, paid weekly

As a Decorator, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the appeal of our products through your artistic touch. Whether it be a bun or a fresh cream cake, you’ll be in your element!

Key Responsibilities:

• Decorating Buns, Cakes, Fresh Cream Cakes: Bring your artistic flair to a diverse range of baked goods, ensuring they not only taste exceptional but also look irresistible.
• High Volume Production: Handle the fast-paced nature of the bakery, where a high volume of decorating is required daily. Your efficiency and attention to detail will be key in maintaining the quality of our products.
• Quality Control: Maintain the highest standards of quality in all decorated items, ensuring they meet the aesthetic and taste expectations of our customers.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the bakery team to coordinate production schedules, share creative ideas, and contribute to the overall success of our bakery.
• Cleanliness and Hygiene: Adhere to strict hygiene and cleanliness standards in the decorating area, ensuring a safe and sanitary work environment.

Working Hours:

Our client is on the lookout for an individual who is able to work on a full-time basis. Alternatively, they are open to hiring two people to work part time. This would involve working 40 hours per week or circa 20 hours per week.

Full time hours would be worked between Monday and Friday, with a day off during the week. You would be required to work every Friday between 19:00 and 00:00.

• Experience: Proven experience in decorating a variety of baked items in a high-volume setting, with a focus on buns, cakes, and fresh cream cakes.

• Team Player: Collaborative mindset with excellent communication skills to work effectively within a team.
