We're seeking a motivated Buyer to join the team of our well established Client based in Northampton. You'll be responsible for waste management services and facilities procurement for our client, focusing on new business and competitive rates. Experience in waste management or construction is beneficial but not essential. Key responsibilities include day-to-day procurement, stakeholder management, compliance, and supplier performance measurement.

We need an energetic and experienced person who thrives in a fast-paced environment. While familiarity of procurement within waste management or construction is advantageous, a willingness to learn is essential. You should possess strong communication, negotiation, and organisational skills, along with a passion for sustainability practices.

About you:

  • Proven procurement experience, preferably in construction or waste/facilities management

  • Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities
