Tradewind are recruiting for a Business Studies Teacher to work at one of our client schools bordering Cheshire West & Chester. Our client school are seeking a Business Studies and Economics Teacher to teach across 11-18. This position is expected to start after the Easter holidays and will continue until at least mid-June. Pay for this position, depending on experience, will be up to £211.96 per day.

The successful Business Studies Teacher will be joining a large 11-18 school whose vision is to Shape Extraordinary Lives. The school mission is to give all members of the school community the opportunity to learn and gain knowledge, to dream and aspire to achieve their personal best and to discover a lifelong passion for learning.

The Business Studies curriculum at our client school aligns with the whole school curriculum which encompasses every aspect of a young persons learning from personal well-being, social skills and health to subject areas. At Key Stage 4 the school follow the Enterprise and Marketing Cambridge nationals and at KS5; A ' Level Business Studies is delivered.

The essentials:

  • QTS or equivalent
  • Experience teaching Business Studies and Economics across KS4 and KS5
  • Enhanced Child workforce DBS on the update service or be prepared to undertake a new one
  • Full and complete career history
  • Minimum of 2 references including your most recent employment reference
  • Legal right to work in the UK
