Business Studies lecturer

Tradewind are currently seeking a passionate Business Teacher / lecturer to join this FE institute based in Welwyn Garden City.

As a Business Teacher, you will be teaching both Business studies Btec levels 2 and 3 to classes of up to 20 on a rolling timetable and offering the same content to 2 different classes each week. The site offers an early finish on a Friday and allocated PPA time during the week to keep up with duties in school hours. The successful Business Teacher will have a strong understanding of the curriculum and be able to inspire and engage students to achieve their full potential.

We are seeking a Business Teacher committed to supporting pupils through their assessments and creating an inclusive learning environment for all students to feel valued and supported. The ideal teacher will have a relevant degree and teaching qualification (not essential), experience in teaching Business at either FE or secondary level and be able to demonstrate a strong understanding of the curriculum. They will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and be dedicated to providing high-quality education to our students.
