Business Readiness Project Manager

Location: Peterlee (hybrid working)
Contract: Permanent, 37.5 hours per week
Salary: Competitive + Company car/Car allowance


We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Business Readiness Project Manager to join our Business Change team, working together to achieve positive outcomes for change initiatives within Auxillis.
Reporting directly to the Auxillis Business Change Director and collaborating closely with the Lead Business Analyst and Project Managers, you will act as a representative of the project team and a bridge between the Business Change team and the Operational areas of the business. 
This role will take overall responsibility for the planning and successful delivery of allocated projects to clearly defined timescales, quality and cost. As a vital part of the team, you will be in charge of planning, facilitating and coordinating all activities leading up to the implementation, and taking control of agreed change initiatives and projects, ensuring smooth transition to both internal and external stakeholders.
As a successful candidate, you’re resilient, with high levels of personal accountability and a drive to be exceptional – you’re not interested in average (because we’re not either!). You also have excellent facilitation and presentation skills, coupled with the ability to manage external vendors.

About you:
•    5+ Years’ experience in a similar 5+ Years’ experience in a similar Business Readiness or Project Management role within an IT or Business facing environment.
•    Excellent working knowledge of planning tools such as Jira, Azure Dev Ops / TFS, MS Project etc.
•    Agile methodology training/experience, such as Certified SCRUM Master (CSM).
•    Experience of helping to develop and embed Project or Change methodologies and PMO governance would be an advantage but not essential.
•    Experience of balancing multiple projects or changes and prioritising work and resources effectively.
