Business Intelligence Developer, Remote - Central Birmingham

Trinity House Group are looking to recruit a Business Intelligence Developer for a leading higher education business based in central Birmingham. They have formed a new, large Data team which has substantial engagement and buy in of key stakeholders, and have seen an exponential growth in demand for Data as a service.

This position will support the drive and delivery of a large scale data strategy by developing new data, analytics and business intelligence capabilities throughout the business. Tech wise, their stack is built on Microsoft Azure and SQL, with the creation of a PowerBI over the top of that.

They also offer a fully remote set up, with options for condensed and flexible working hours with occasional visits to their site in central Birmingham.

Role Requirements

  • Experience with Microsoft Azure
  • Experience in SQL
  • Experience in PowerBI
  • An expert in data modelling and data visualisation
  • Confidence in training more junior members of staff

Any experience in the following is also beneficial:

  • Experience in a regulated industry would be beneficial but not essential

The salary on offer is £45,000 - £55,000 per year, though this is negotiable and is dependent on experience.
