Business Intelligence and Insights Manager

Your new role
This role will play an instrumental part in the creation and development of reports, statistical data analysis and BI reports. You will be the analytical lead on projects with internal and external partners, not just there to run reports but to also provide insight and new ways of using data to provide real impact to the services. The role will involve a large amount of communication across teams, departments and other organisations to build and maintain relationships. The successful application will have line management responsibilities of members of the Business Intelligence and Contracts team.

What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will have:

• Experience of implementing and developing data intelligence systems
• Experience in intelligence collection and analysis
• Strong Knowledge of SQL, Power BI and Advanced Excel
• Excellent ability to present data, findings and recommendations in an effective and professional manner.
• Experience in evaluating performance and development of KPI's
• Able to communicate confidently with a wide range of audiences.
• Line management experience
