What will you do as a Business Development Team Leader?

  • Lead the development and implementation of telemarketing strategies
  • Coordination of day-to-day activities for the internal sales team
  • Ensure workflows are followed, & individual and team performance metrics are met
  • Prepare/present sales reports, analyse trends/implement relevant improvements
  • Manage client relationships, efficiently dealing with enquiries and resolving issues
  • Coaching and mentoring team members, supporting on-going development
  • Implement new methods to improve team standards through proactive leadership
  • Liaise with the Marketing team to align messaging and campaign objectives.

What do you need to be an Business Development Team Leader?

  • Previous experience in a business development or similar role
  • Experience in leading a small team
  • Familiar with call listening and sales training
  • Ability to report on sales figures and analyse data
  • Strong cold calling experience
  • Experience in the us of CRM systems and Microsoft Office
