Our client, a leading provider in business telecommunications solutions, is looking to recruit a Business Development Manager to join their home based team. With a focus on innovation and customer satisfaction, they’re committed to delivering cutting-edge services to businesses across the UK.

Position:


We are seeking a talented and motivated Business Development Manager to drive growth and expand our client base within the business telecoms sector. This is a home-based position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to make a significant impact on our company's success.

Salary:


£35,000 - £40,000 basic salary with an OTE of £80,000

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the business telecoms market.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients and account manage their needs thereafter.
  • Understand client needs and tailor solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless implementation and delivery of services.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets by effectively managing the sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends, competitors, and market developments.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably within the telecommunications industry.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and remotely.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to understand complex technical solutions and articulate them to clients.
  • Experience with CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings and industry events.
