Evolve are recruiting for a leading healthcare organisation that specialises in the Nutrition marketplace. They are seeking a Business Development Manager to join their highly successful team and you will be responsible for developing new business within the Enteral Nutrition market by targeting and winning new contracts in the East Anglia territory.

Salary & Package

  • Up to £40,000 basic DOE
  • £10,000 bonus
  • Car or car allowance
  • Private Healthcare

Ideal Requirement for a Business Development Manager

  • Current experience in medical sales is preferred.
  • Clinical backgrounds such as a Dietician will also be considered.
  • Ideally you will have a science related degree.
  • If you have field sales experience, and a related degree, your background may also be considered.

Role Responsibilities for a Business Development Manager

  • Understand the key customers and organisations within the territory and identify opportunities to develop new models of contracting where appropriate to ensure a total Health Economy approach is adopted.
  • To ensure complete customer satisfaction through effective problem-solving techniques.
  • To develop and maintain a good working level of the NHS, market dynamics and customer knowledge within
    target accounts.
  • To provide effective feedback to all relevant departments regarding customer and market place issues via relevant channels.
