About Us: 

With 40 years of experience in designing and project-managing bespoke handling solutions we specialise in offshore handling equipment, winches, and crane design. Our services span various areas including engineering, design, and project management. We operate primarily in the Oil and Gas sector, with a strong presence in the offshore and energy industry.

Responsibilities:

Client Acquisition: Identify and engage potential clients within the industrial sector. Leverage your network and market knowledge to expand our customer base.

Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients. Understand their needs, provide tailored solutions, and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.

Sales Strategy: Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. Collaborate with internal teams to align sales efforts with company goals.

Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics. Use this knowledge to drive sales growth.

Negotiation and Closing: Skilfully negotiate contracts and close deals. Ensure favourable terms for both parties.

Reporting and Forecasting: Regularly update sales reports, track performance metrics, and provide accurate sales forecasts.


Qualifications:

Sales Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a sales or business development role. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.

Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business principles, market dynamics, and customer needs.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to articulate complex ideas clearly.

Networking: Proficient at building and maintaining professional relationships.

Results-Oriented: Driven by achieving goals and delivering exceptional results.

Not an Engineer: While technical knowledge is valuable, this role is focused on external sales rather than engineering-specific tasks.

Compensation:

Base Salary: £40,000 per annum.

Bonus Structure: Performance-based bonuses tied to sales achievements.
