Key Responsibilities
- 30% Account management, 70% new business acquisition.
- Spearheading the identification of new business prospects and crafting strategic initiatives to leverage them.
- Cultivating and nurturing robust relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to drive business expansion and promote synergistic collaborations.
- Leading the formulation and implementation of sales strategies to meet revenue targets and surpass performance benchmarks.
- Conducting comprehensive market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive challenges, and growth prospects.
- Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions and deliver unparalleled value to customers.
Key Skills & Experience
- Demonstrated track record of excellence in business development, encompassing 360-sales or similar roles.
- Proven 'hunter' sales mentality with a relentless drive for results.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, facilitating the establishment of rapport and the ability to influence effectively.
- Strategic thinker with a flair for creative problem-solving and a fervent commitment to achieving objectives.
- Proficiency in thriving within a dynamic, fast-paced environment, adept at adapting to evolving priorities.
- Willingness and ability to travel regularly throughout the UK.
- While prior industry or product experience is advantageous, it is not a prerequisite for consideration.
Additional Information
- Working Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm.
- Remote working, regular travel and office days expected.
- 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays.
- Exceptional Commission scheme.
