As part of their continued growth, they now need an experienced Business Development Manager / Regional Sales Manager to manage the South West territory and client base.
Ideally you will have managed the SW territory however consultative new business sales" is the key. We do not mind what background you come from as long as you have experience and successes in sales.
If you have sold products or services into the leisure, facilities of hospitality sectors then this will be a major advantage to your application.
Identify and develop new business opportunities through targeted lead and appointment generation
Attending meetings with potential customers to develop new business opportunities by assessing their requirements and needs.
Providing customers with bespoke solution-based proposals, contracts, commercial information, samples, etc, as required.
To pro-actively close new business through the management of a 'robust’ contact strategy.
Negotiating the terms of a contract and closing the sale.
Managing the customer relationship through the selling process and ensuring an effective handover to the Customer Services/Account Manager Team.
Gathering market and customer information and providing feedback to key stakeholders.
Maintaining records of sales and sales pipeline opportunities.

Base salary is circa £35000, with great car / car allowance and very achieveable bonus of £10000
