Building Envelope Sales - South M4 Corridor - Basic £50k overall package £70k My Client is looking for a Regional Business Development/Account Manager to service the South of England, selling their full suite of Window/Door Systems, Façade Systems, Fire Protection, Sliding Systems through Architects and Contractors.

About the Client:
My client conceives aluminium window, door and façade systems from the root. They have been extruding, constructing, planning and controlling in Lüdenscheid for 200 years with customer success as their main objective. It is the interest of every member of their company to give advice and assistance to architects, metal workers and investors in a fast, flexible and, above all, in a competent way. They have enjoyed incredible success over the years and have plans to treble their turnover in the next 3 years within the UK market space.

About the Role:
You will be required to be a brand ambassador for the organisation, promoting the businesses products and solutions through consultation with Architects & Contractors in the South of England. This is a homebased role so you will be required to actively make appointments to both existing and new clients which is split equally 50/50. You will have a revenue and a profit target set, which is tracked on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis. There will be considerable travel in this role so you should have experience in covering a large sales region previously. You will be working closely with the regional sales manager who will lead all training initially until you are fully competent in your role, after which you will be given full autonomy to perform your day to day role

About the Candidate:
Have proven track record of winning new business
Will be confident and have good interpersonal skills at all levels
Experience with selling any of the following products types: facades, curtain walling, window/door solutions
You will be pro-active by nature and driven to achieve targets
Will be a natural relationship builder as this is not a hard sell role
Ideally will have experience with working with Architects & Contractors
